Mr Modi also said even Sonia Gandhi had come to Bellary for contesting a by-election in 1999.

Attacking BJP president Amit Shah, the Congress chief said, "Amit Shah has been accused of murder".

"Congress believes EVM wrong, Congress right, EC wrong, Congress is right".
