It's D-day for OnePlus, the Chinese smartphone maker, as it prepares to unveil its latest flagship of 2018- the OnePlus 6.

The new smartphone will be launched in Mumbai and the "OnePlus Community" will be the first to try out the device at the experience zone at the launch venue, the company said in a statement.

Depending on the region of sale, OnePlus 6 will be made available in three configurations-6GB+64GB storage, 6GB +128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage.

Ahead of the launch, OnePlus has shared many details about the phone.

Gathering all that we have learned from the leaks and teasers recently, the OnePlus 6 is going to feature a Snapdragon 845 SoC processor coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.

As for the cameras, previous leaks hint at the presence of dual camera setup with a 20 MP + 16 MP camera setup on the rear, and a single 16 MP camera on the front for selfies. The phone will also come with Dash Charging and Qi Wireless charging possibilities. Dimensions of the OnePlus 6 are rumoured at 155.7x75.4x7.8mm and it is said to weigh 177 grams. On the front, OnePlus 6 is expected to house a 20MP sensor with facial recognition feature.

The price of OnePlus 6 is expected to start at Rs 41,800 for the base model with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage, while the price of the one with 128GB storage is expected to be Rs 45,800.
