The Galaxy Note 9 is Samsung's latest and greatest smartphone, with some really great features and specs. In India, the device received a price cut of Rs 12,000. Now that the Note 9 has been announced in India, Paytm mall has announced to offer an additional cashback of Rs. 6,000.

Powering the Note 9 flagship is a 4000mAh battery, which is a significant improvement over the Note 8 and S9+ that should see a full day of use. There isn't much to be revealed at this point, since the brand has already disclosed its price and put it up for pre-orders.

The smartphone also features more RAM than before, you can buy an 8GB RAM version which is going to cost you a bit more but worths the money (6GB RAM version is also available to buy).

You can also buy the smartphone via Airtel at a down payment of Rs 7,900.

Customers using Jio can have a 30-day global roaming pack on Jio postpaid on Galaxy Note 9 for Rs 5,000. If you are purchasing the smartphone from Flipkart then you can choose the EMI option which starts from Rs 9,434 per month for the 512GB variant and Rs 7,545 for the 128GB variant. The top-end variant with an 8GB + 512GB storage configuration, on the other hand, costs Rs 84,900. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 may be now a one-year old model but is still ranks high among the best Android phones.

Coming to the camera department, the Galaxy Note 9 features a dual camera setup at the back consisting a 12-megapixel primary camera with f/1.5 - f/2.5 variable aperture, 1.4µm pixel size, dual pixel phase detection autofocus, OIS, LED Flash and a secondary 12-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture and 2x optical zoom.

Running Android Oreo, the smartphone comes equipped with a dual rear camera set up - 12MP + 12MP sensors along with an 8MP front facing camera.

For selfies, there is an 8-megapixel sensor backed by an f/1.7 aperture, autofocus lens.

The report claims that according to industry data, more than half of customers who preordered the Galaxy Note 9 in South Korea have opted for the 512 GB version over the 128 GB version.
