Saturday Night Live returned to take on this week's historic Senate Judiciary Committee hearings for Brett Kavanaugh with Matt Damon as the judge.

Kavanaugh was called before the Senate to testify this week in addition to Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, who has accused Kavanaugh of sexual and physical assault stemming from an alleged incident in the 1980s, when they were allegedly at a party during their high school years.

Said Damon's Kavanaugh upon sitting down in his chair: "Let me tell you this".

Before introducing the show with its standard "Live from NY." line, Damon's Kavanaugh shotgunned a beer and offered one final warning.

And if Damon's Kavanaugh impressions were not enough for people to love the sketch, it also featured Kate McKinnon as Lindsey Graham. "I'm gonna take it to about a 15 real quick". A political con job orchestrated by the Clintons, and George Soros, and Kathy Griffin - and Mr. Ronan Sinatra.

Through aggressive sniffles, Damon added, "Now I am usually an optimist, a keg is half full kind of guy, but what I've seen from the monsters on this committee makes me want to puke-and not from beer!"

"I've got these calendars".

Getting visibly emotional, he pulled up his old "beautiful, creepy" calendars as "evidence" and claimed no one cared about evidence but just wanted to humiliate him in front of his wife, his parents and "Alyssa frigging Milano" - at which point, a cutout of Milano crept up behind him at the desk.

Damon responded, deflecting the question to her just as the real Kavanaugh did at the hearing.

That's the first of many, many mentions of beer. "I was the proudest, drunkest virgin you have ever seen and everyone can relate to that". He also made some more references to all the beer he drank with his pals along the way.

Damon's Kavanugh then raged: "You think I'm angry, you're damn right I am".
