OnePlus 6T specs and official images leaked, launching on 29 October

In several hours from now, OnePlus will launch the OnePlus 6T, its next flagship phone. One of the big changes is expected to come in the form of larger 3,700mAh battery and support for fast dash charge technology. The latest flagship by OnePlus is available in two variants of RAM and internal storage i.e. 6GB of RAM with 64GB storage and 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, and Marvel Avengers edition. On the rear, we'll find the now familiar dual camera setup with 16MP and 20MP sensors.

Since the Indian pricing for the phone also leaked last week, there really isn't too much else left about the phone that is an enigma anymore.

The OnePlus 6T launch event is scheduled for today, where the Chinese mobile maker will finally unveil its next flagship. Up front, it will have a 20MP camera with f/1.7 aperture. It will have in-display fingerprint sensor and will skip the 3.5mm audio jack.

OnePlus 6T will be launched on 29 October globally and in India it will launched on 30 October. To recall, the OnePlus 6 was launched with Android Oreo, but months later was upgraded to Pie.

OnePlus has chose to do away with the 3.5mm audio jack in the OnePlus 6T, and only have a USB Type-C port. The unboxing photos not only show the OnePlus 6T design from the front and back, but also show off the in-box contents.

But the actually delivery of the OnePlus 6T will start in India from November 2. Hurt OnePlus and you will hurt a company like Qualcomm that is as American as it gets, and the Department of Trade seems to acknowledge this fact.

After six excruciating months of wait, the OnePlus 6T will soon be announced as perhaps the first top-end phone from a modern Chinese maker that will not only have retail presence in the United States, but also be offered by a U.S. carrier.

Saying that OnePlus 6T is the most powerful smartphone to launch in 2018 is a serious statement because it means that it surpasses the likes of iPhone XS Max and Galaxy Note 9.

OnePlus may have worked really hard to develop the OnePlus 6T.
