Mel B says Spice Girls reunion isn't about money

Speaking on Jamie Theakston's radio show, Heart London Breakfast, which he co-hosts with Bunton, he said: "Which Spice Girl needs the money the most?", to which Brown joked: "Me, because I'm divorced".

The reunited Spice Girls have hinted that more dates will be added to the six United Kingdom dates they announced this week.

Melanie C, Mel B, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner won't be joined by Victoria Beckham, but are expected to be met with huge demand for tickets when they go on sale on Saturday morning.

The six-date tour, announced on Monday, is the latest reunion for one of Britain's biggest girl bands, who were formed in 1994 and sold tens of millions of albums with hit singles including "Wannabe" and "Say You'll Be There".

The jokes came when Chris asked who would be driving the Spice bus as the girls tour the United Kingdom in 2019 and everyone insisted it would not be Geri.

Mel B said Posh would be joining the girls for their Wembley date, to which the girls laughed.

However, she was involved in the group's short-lived reunion in 2007 and appeared with them at the closing ceremony of the London Olympics in 2012.

"We should though", chipped in a mischievous Mel B.

Horner said: "I love her honesty". Actually I don't need the money.

After Mel B joked that Posh would join them at Wembley Stadium, Sporty added that it's "gonna be unusual, because none of us can watch the Spice Girls on stage, but she will be able to". The conversation also touched on when Chris and Geri used to date in the 90s, with Mel B reacting to Chris saying he knows Geri "inside out".

"This is not my job, this is my life and my girls". "I knew you were going to bring that up", she said.
