Eden Hazard has said he has made a decision on his Chelsea future, but has not expanded on what it is.

But he's refusing to give the specifics on that destination.

"I have made a decision", Hazard told the French radio station RMC, although he did not elaborate.

Chelsea are reportedly considering Napoli forward Lorenzo Insigne as a potential replacement for Eden Hazard. There are also the never-ending linkups with Real Madrid as the player himself has been quite vocal of being a part of the Los Blancos in his career.

He has failed to live up to his hefty price tag (£142m) this season.

And with Hazard expected to leave Stamford Bridge to Spain capital in the summer, The Independent report Coutinho has been touted as the Belgian's replacement by the Blues chiefs.

Have Chelsea just dropped a hint that Eden Hazard is set to extend his contract with the club?

The 26-year-old scored 54 goals in 201 matches during his spell at Anfield which earned him a big money move to Barca. He has 98 appearances for Belgium. His solid performances though, seem to be attracting the interest of other clubs once again, with Chelsea interested in signing him in the summer, as per Daily Mail. Sources told the Evening Standard that the move was not connected to Hazard.

At Chelsea, Hazard has won two Premier League titles, an FA Cup and League Cup, and the Europa League. Real Madrid travels for a rivalry match in another edition of El Clasico against FC Barcelona in the first leg of a Copa del Rey semifinal at 3 p.m. on Wednesday at Camp Nou in Barcelona.
