Star Wars Celebration has been raging all weekend long, bringing fans of this galaxy far, far away some big reveals over the last few days. And while it wasn't made clear if Dave Filoni ever attempted to secure himself a role in Iron Man 2 or any of the other MCU flicks, Jon Favreau was quick to try and insert himself into Filoni's world.

In addition to the already-announced Star Wars 20th anniversary sets, Lego has now announced an additional model of the epic Tantive IV.

In addition to all of the Star Wars movies, Star Wars Rebels, the series will be added.

These new bottles were created to blend into the Star Wars universe seamlessly.

The supporting cast also includes Giancarlo Esposito ("Breaking Bad"), who was seen in the footage playing an Imperial character who leads a group of Death Troopers and flies a TIE fighter.

The panel revealed that Carano's character, Cara Dune, is an ex-Rebel Shock Trooper, while Weathers' Greef Carga is the head of a guild of bounty hunters. "The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the empire and before the emergence of the First Order".

On Friday, Lucasfilm debuted the trailer for next theatrical "Star Wars" film, "The Rise of Skywalker". The Mandalorian looks to be the first show that takes that mandate to heart: Favreau has emphasized that the main character will operate in parts of the galaxy not yet explored by the films.

The Mandalorian, whatever his name is, pilots a gunship called the Razorcrest, which looks pretty different from the Slave I, ship that fan favorite character Boba Fett - another Mandalorian - piloted in the original trilogy.

Faverau had been talking to Kennedy for years about moving forward on this series, and when Disney+ came into existence they decided that it was time to give it the green light.

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge opens at Disneyland on May 31st, and at Disney's Hollywood Studios on August 29th.

The Mandalorian hits the Disney+ streaming service November 12. By pure coincidence that's right before Star Wars day on May the 4th. Fans will be able to subscribe for just $6.99.
